Crushed Aggregates

Crushed Aggregates are produced by crushing quarried stones. These stones are graded as per their sizes and possible uses. The overall process can be divided into three steps. First level crushing is done to break the stones into manageable size. The second level crushing is done to create crushed aggregates as per the need and finally the third stage is to grade them as per use and size.

Crushed Sand

A substitute to the natural river sand, crushed sand has grown in popularity over the years. More and more builders and construction experts are choosing crushed sand. At Durastone, we specialize in providing the right quality of crushed sand and are a leading supplier in Maharashtra.

Crushed stone is manufactured by crushing the quarried stones into fine sand. The size of this is smaller than 4.75mm. With a robust supply chain system in place Durastone can ensure on time delivery of large quantities as well.

Crusher Dust

Crusher Dust has grown in popularity both for aesthetic appeal and ease of use. The remains after stone crushing are used by us to make crusher dust. This works well as a base layer under concrete slabs, tanks or anything that will be paved or covered with. Similarly it is being used greatly in landscaping for its aerating quality.

Granular Sub Base (G.S.B)

Durastone also has the capabilities to provide GSB (Granular Sub base) GSB consists of layering and compacting well graded material on prepared sub-grade. This is an essential step, mostly required during road construction.

The GSB layer acts as a drainage layer that protects the sub-grade from excessive wetting. It maintains the longevity of the construction. Durastone can provide superior quality of Granular Sub Base and is a trusted name in Maharashtra.
